No Refund Policy
Asset District operates a strict no-refund policy across all products and services. This applies to:
- All digital products (toolkits, templates, planners, frameworks, and any downloadable content)
- Strategic Intensive sessions and all consulting calls
- Private Consulting engagements and retainer arrangements
- Any other services provided by Asset District
By completing a purchase or booking, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.
Why We Don't Offer Refunds
Our no-refund policy exists for the following reasons:
- Digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be "returned" — once accessed, the value has been transferred
- Consulting sessions and strategic calls represent dedicated time, preparation, and expertise that cannot be reclaimed once delivered
- All service descriptions are clearly outlined before purchase so you can make an informed decision
We encourage you to review all product and service descriptions thoroughly before purchasing and to reach out with any questions beforehand.
Before You Purchase
We want every client to feel confident before committing. If you have questions about whether a service or product is right for you, please contact us at hello@assetdistrict.com before purchasing. We are happy to provide additional information to help you make the right decision.
Session Cancellation & Rescheduling
If you have booked a strategic call or consulting session and need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate a reschedule, subject to availability.
No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will be considered forfeited without refund or reschedule.
Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases of documented technical failure preventing access to a digital product (e.g., a broken download link), please contact us at hello@assetdistrict.com within 48 hours of purchase. We will resolve the issue by providing access to your purchased product. This does not constitute a refund and is strictly limited to access-related technical failures.
Payment Processing
All digital product purchases are processed through Lemon Squeezy. If you believe there has been an unauthorized transaction on your account, please contact your payment provider directly and notify us at hello@assetdistrict.com.
