How we work
One 1:1 session a week. A shared workspace where the plan, the numbers and the tasks live. I give direction and make the hard calls with you. You do the work, so you know how to do it after.
I don't run your business. I teach you how to run it.
Need it built too?
If the business needs a website, a shop or payments set up, I bring in the people who build it and manage it for you. Quoted and invoiced separately, never hidden inside the program price.

How big does my business need to be?
Big enough that it sells. Small enough that it still depends on you.
Do you work with businesses outside Dubai?
Yes. All sessions are online, in English.
What if I need longer than 3 months?
We decide at the end of month 3, not before.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes. The 3 months are one commitment, paid upfront or in three monthly instalments.
How much time does it take?
One session a week, plus the work between sessions. Expect 3–5 hours a week.
What kind of businesses do you work with?
Service businesses, shops, hospitality, and some production. If it sells and it depends on you, tell me about it and I'll tell you honestly whether I'm the right person.
What if I miss a session?
Tell me 24 hours before and we move it once. With less notice, the session counts as done.
