01About these terms

These terms apply when you use assetdistrict.com, sign up for anything on it, buy a product or join a program. Asset District is the consulting brand of Katarina Rašković, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Questions: katarina@assetdistrict.com

By using the site or buying from us, you agree to these terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

02Using the website

You must be at least 18 to sign up, apply or buy. Please use the site lawfully: don't try to break it, overload it, submit false information or other people's details, or copy it to run a competing service. We may change, pause or remove any part of the site at any time.

03Programs: The First Move and Scale

• Applying is not booking. Every application is read personally. Sending one does not guarantee a place, and we may decline an application without giving a reason.
• Your place is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation with the start date, price and payment terms, and the payment due at that point is made. Making that payment means you accept these terms and the Refund Policy.
• A place is a commitment. Places are limited and are held for you alone, so the full program fee is owed once your place is confirmed, whether you pay upfront or in instalments, and whether or not you attend. The only exceptions are in the Refund Policy.
• The First Move is a group program with a maximum of 5 participants, run online in English. Scale is a 1:1 program over 3 months. The details for your program are those in your written confirmation.
• Sessions take place online at the times set in your confirmation. Group sessions of The First Move run on schedule and are not repeated for anyone who misses them. A 1:1 Scale session can be moved once if you ask at least 24 hours before it starts; with less notice, or if you don't show up, the session counts as delivered. If Katarina has to move a session, you get a new time.
• Your part. The programs work by doing. You are responsible for the work between sessions, for your business decisions and for following the laws that apply to your business.
• Group confidentiality. What other participants share in The First Move stays in the group. Don't record, screenshot or share it.
• Building work. If your business needs a website, shop or payment setup, the people who build it are quoted and invoiced separately, under their own terms. It is never hidden inside the program price.
• Ending a program early. We may remove a participant who is abusive, breaks group confidentiality, shares program materials or doesn't pay an instalment when it is due. In that case no refund is given and any unpaid instalments remain due.

04Digital products

Digital products (such as the Founder Clarity Kit and the Business Audit & 30-Day Fix) are delivered by email right after payment. When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the product for yourself and your own business.

• You may print it and fill it in as often as you need.
• You may not resell, share, upload or copy it for others, or use it to teach or coach other people.

05Free tools and the weekly letter

Free tools are free for your own use, under the same licence as digital products. The weekly letter is free and you can unsubscribe in one click from any email. We may stop offering any free tool at any time.

06Prices and payments

Prices are shown in US dollars. Digital products are sold through Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and Merchant of Record: you complete the purchase with Lemon Squeezy, which processes the payment, issues the receipt and adds any VAT or sales tax that applies in your country. Their Buyer Terms also apply.

Program fees and how to pay them are stated in your written confirmation. Scale can be paid upfront or in three monthly instalments; either way, the full 3-month fee is owed once your place is confirmed.

07No guaranteed results

Katarina shares her experience and gives honest, practical direction. Results depend on you, your market and many things nobody controls, so we cannot promise any particular outcome, income or growth. Anything on the site, in the letters or in the products is general information, not legal, tax, financial or investment advice. For those, speak to a qualified professional.

08Our content

Everything on this site and in our products and programs (texts, frameworks, worksheets, the Asset District name and logo, photos) belongs to Asset District and Katarina Rašković, unless stated otherwise. You may share a link or a short quote with credit. Anything more needs written permission.

Your ideas and your business stay yours. We don't claim any rights to them, and we don't share what you tell us in applications or sessions.

09Liability

We do our best to keep the site and products accurate and working, but they are provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, revenue or opportunities, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or program concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be excluded.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes go to the courts of Dubai, except where consumer law in your country gives you the right to go to your local courts. Before any of that, please write to us: most things are solved with one email.

11Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published here on the day you buy or join a program is the one that applies to that purchase or program.
